Every agent card shows two numbers: today's founding rate and the proven price it climbs to. Each time a founding slot fills, the printed price moves up one rung — a yes is proof it was priced too low. You get the low number for going first; the next buyer pays more because by then it's proven.
Your rate locks when you sign. The lock is on the price, not on you: every monthly item is month-to-month, cancel anytime. The monthly is a service plan — hosting, monitoring, and a same-day fix when something breaks — and it's sized like one. Setup is the build: a thing you own. We don't waive it, and we don't pad it.
What the founding rate buys us: once your agent has made or saved you real money, we publish the numbers as a case study — with your sign-off, anonymous if you prefer — you take a reference call or two, and you make one introduction. That's not a discount. That's getting paid for underwriting a brand-new shop.
